MicrosoftHi Jagjit, Microsoft does not provide usage reporting or auditing because Bing Chat Enterprise doesn't retain chat data as part of its commercial data protection. https://learn.microsoft.com/bing-chat-enterprise/privacy-and-protections#chat-history-and-reporting
But there is utilization reports if licensed for Microsoft Copilot for Enterprise apps.
