- Update the Remote Desktop Application:
- Ensure that your users have installed the latest updates for the Remote Desktop application. Sometimes, outdated versions can cause connectivity problems. Ask your users to check for updates and install them if available.
- Enable UDP in AVD or Cloud PC:
- This error code often occurs due to issues with the RD Gateway. - Check Firewall Settings:
- Verify the firewall settings for your AVD hosts. Make sure that the necessary ports are open and properly configured to allow AVD traffic.
Additionally, if you’re using the Remote Desktop Web client, you might encounter similar issues. In that case, try closing and reopening the browser or connecting using a different browser or one of the other Remote Desktop clients. Clearing browsing data might also help
