I have this bug as well, but I am not using AVD, it's just on my Windows 11 Laptop.

It only happens with the second screen, and the mouse is offset by 10 pixels to the right of the actual click target. Funnily enough, when you actually click, the pointer moves BACK to the correct position.

I've temporarily fixed this issue by turning on Pointer Trails in the mouse settings and set them to the minimum. I believe this forces software rendering mode for the mouse pointer.
