Failed to retrieve Msix packages
Hi All
When I try to add the MSIX package to the application group , I get below error.
failed to retrieve msix packages there was an error retrieving the msix packages. please refresh the page and try again
I can see the package but cannot save it to publish to the application group.
I have followed all the steps as per the documentation.
Any insight is appreciated
- Do your session hosts have read access to the MSIX packages location?

Yes the session hosts are added to a AD group and the group has access to the file share as well as the NTFS permissions.
The group is synced to AAD but the computer objects are not. I have not read anywhere in the documentation that we need to sync the computer objects as well.
Do you think this might be the issue and we need to sync the computer objects as well.- Hey,
Is your msix share on Azure Files?

The session hosts need to be synced to Azure AD and the group that the hosts are in need to have specific access on the Azure File share. (Storage File Data SMB Share Contributor)
