Do your session hosts have read access to the MSIX packages location?

Yes the session hosts are added to a AD group and the group has access to the file share as well as the NTFS permissions.
The group is synced to AAD but the computer objects are not. I have not read anywhere in the documentation that we need to sync the computer objects as well.
Do you think this might be the issue and we need to sync the computer objects as well.- Hey,
Is your msix share on Azure Files?

The session hosts need to be synced to Azure AD and the group that the hosts are in need to have specific access on the Azure File share. (Storage File Data SMB Share Contributor)- Hi
I have replicated the computer accounts to azure AD, I can see them in the group on azure.
But still no luck, I see the same error
