What documents do not have a sensitivty label
Our organisation started with the sensitivity roll out. It is possible to track the progress in the Activity tracker.
But the organisation want to see what documents do not have a label so they are able to make other security measurres for the data

Thank you for posting your question here! I understand that you're hoping to find a way to see what files have not yet been labeled by a sensitivity label. One of the ways you can do this is by creating a File Policy in Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps and using the filter "Sensitivity Label - Microsoft Infromation Protection - is not set", as seen in the image below.
This assumes your files are cloud based (files in Teams are actually stored in SharePoint and OneDrive).
