Mar 18, 2025Privacy Risk Management
I'm trying to access the Privacy Risk Management page, but it’s not loading. I believe the issue might be related to the endpoint that is attempting to retrieve the tenant settings, but I'm not entirely sure. The response I received is: "Tenant Settings doesn't exist."
Where can I configure these tenant settings?
Additionally, I tried to activate the priva feature programmatically, but I'm receiving the following error:
Unable to resolve service for type 'Microsoft.Office.Compliance.Common.ServiceCommon.Tasks. TenantProvisioning.ITenantProvisioningTask'.
Could this be related to a Microsoft outage? Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Hello!
Thank you for reaching out.
Does this issue still persist? These are the areas you need to check:
1.Review licensing and subscription2.Review the roles and groups required to perform and access certain functions- here is the link to the documentation- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/privacy/priva/priva-setup#roles-and-role-groups-for-ga-solutions
3. There are also country restrictions that you need to look out for-see doc linked in item 44. Enable the M365 audit log as suggested in the Before You Begin section of the docs-

It went back to work by itself. It seems to have been something on Microsoft's side.
Thanks for your support!
