Data Quality Error (Internal Service Error)

Hello tatatayryryr,

Many reasons why this error could occur. Please refer to: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/unified-catalog-data-quality-troubleshooting#my-data-quality-scan-job-failed-i-see-an-error-message-internal-service-error-occurred-please-retry-or-contact-microsoft-support-what-should-i-do-to-troubleshoot

If related to authentication, the supported authentication mechanism to run data quality scans is using Managed Identity as described in the documentation here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/how-to-configure-and-run-data-quality-scan#supported-authentication-methods

If none of this help, try the following,

1. Delete the data product
2. Re-create the data product with the data asset.
3. Publish the data product.
4. Run data quality scan

Hope this helps!
