Hi, you did not mention what encryption you are using [template based | cusom encryption]? IMHO to communicate in a protected manner with people outside of your orgaization, the only way is using [custom encryption] and explicitly add the person(s) who shall have access to the document content in their corresponding MIP-role for that specific document. The external individual will should have a microsoft account. Could be any MSFT account or a guest account in your tenant.

Hi, we are using template based encryption. If we wanna use custom encryption for people outside of our organzation, with which tool can the guest sign our documents, if he has a guest account in our tenant? Do you have a recommodation. It must be all ISO 27001 compliant.
