Approving new Glossary Terms
Thanks for reviewing my question:
In the classic glossary, one can set up a workflow that requests for Data Owners to approve new glossary terms before they are published. Im using the new enterprise glossary. It appears that workflows still point to the classic glossary. Does anyone know how to set up this approval. Also is there a way that users can notify data owners/stewards if they have comments or question on a glossary terms,. Thanks.

Hello Prathista Ilango
Thanks for getting back to me.
I had tried the process defined. I created the workflow. However the issue comes where I have to apply the workflow to a glossary. As mentioned, I am using the new glossary and not the classic. Unfortunately, the list of glossary terms offered during the "Apply Workflow" process are from the classic glossary - which I believe has been superseded by the new enterprise glossary.
Is there a way of selecting the glossary? Unfortunately the links provided do not provide any additional assistance on this.
Many thanks, once again and I look forward to your response.
