Using ADF source connector in the Mapping Data Flow
ADF does have Oracle as data store but Azure Data Factory Mapping Data Flow do not have Oracle as data store. Question is can Mapping Data Flow use the ADF connector (data store) for Oracle ?
- arnuthalMicrosoftOracle is not supported source in Mapping Data Flow.
Here is the list of supported sources and sinks for Mapping Data Flow.

Arnuthal has provided the right info and the walk around with this is to Copy Data from your Oracle DB to either the Blob Storage or the Azure SQL. After that you'd be able to do whatever MDF you want to do.
If you'd like to play the data with SQL for further ETL, you may start using Synapse to query the data.
