Start azure data factory pipeline using azure ml python sdk

Since it is possible to create azure data factory pipelines using python sdk, I was wondering if it is possible to trigger an azure data factory pipeline using azure ml python sdk to run ETL in the loop of machine learning pipelines? If yes, are there any relevant docs out there to gain knowledge about this approach?

To be clear, I know about the possibility of starting AML pipelines using ADF.
