new link creation in azure data factory to SharePoint online for copying data is failing

We have set the SharePoint url, setup the app registration with site. Selected permission and generated certificate to key vault and trying to create new link for copying the data from SharePoint to data factory but at first place it;s successful while taking bearer token and while copying the data it showing below we have not passed client secret. please suggest what can be done in this case.
