Missing nodes during copy data pipelines

I am using Azure Data Factory to copy some data from a database to another.

I have 18 nodes that I copy for 12 tables, 10 of them work perfectly however the last two has random missing nodes every time I run the pipeline. The configuration and all is the same, has anyone experienced something similar?
