Did you figure this out? We're also experiencing this when testing the connection on the Azure portal through our Self-Hosted Integration Runtime.

- We just submitted a ticket to MS for this. Lets see what they come back with.
- Do let us know if you received any reply from Mcirosoft on this ticket, we had the issue after the outage yesterday.
