Azure Data Factory Cost

We use Azure data factory with Data Flows(using Azure IR) for our ETL processing. We usually get around 600 euros monthly. But from Jan 27th, the cost related to ADF usage has become half and Feb bill was only 300 euros. We have not done any change to our setup so I doubted if Azure has done some cost improvement behind ADF. But, I am not able to find any new update relevant to this in microsoft docs other than below,

Does anyone know what could be the reason? Was there any recent improvement to ADF?
