what service is best for a reporting database

What is the best service to use for a reporting database. Currently have an Oracle database stored in an AWS server. Also I use Power BI to pull the data from the database and create reports. In the process of creating a reporting database but not sure what service/tool would be most beneficial, I see there are a lot of options in Azure, Data Studio, Data Factory and Synapse Analytics. Which one should we go for?

Also our company has limited resources meaning no real data engineer, I know a little about data modelling, SQL and Power BI. Can probably learn to create a data warehouse if required.
