Oath hardware token

Same problem here,
The format i use looks right, and file uploads without error. But when i check the status, it failed!
Only message i receive: ''Something went wrong, try again later''.
Whilst the format of the CSV file you receive from your supplier may vary, the general procedure you need to follow shouldn't differ much from the following;

Please note that whilst the above instructions were intended for use with SafeID tokens, if your hardware tokens are from a different supplier, then the instructions that follow the obtaining of the CSV file should still be broadly the same.
