Azure Windows 10 vm available for non-msdn user?
Hi all,
We are using Pay-As-You-Go subscription as far as i know windows 10 is not available non-msdn
But now i am little confused about the product https://azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps/Microsoft.Windows10RS3Prox64-ARM?tab=Overview in azure market place
Can anyone please explain to me this product also belongs to msdn subscription or its actually available for PAYG subscription?

Its only available for Azure Dev/Test in Pay-as-You-Go subscriptions please refer below for more clarification
