If you have set up billing for Azure DevOps but are not seeing any subscription information even after more than 20 hours, there could be a few reasons for this. Here are some possible steps you can take:
Double-check that your billing information is correct: Make sure that you have entered all the required billing information correctly, including the payment method and billing address.
Verify that the billing process has been completed: Check your email to see if you have received any confirmation or error messages related to your billing setup. Also, check your credit card or bank account to see if there have been any charges or authorizations from Microsoft.

Kidd_Ip Yes I did the same. When I click setup billing it shows 0 subscriptions, however in Azure Portal I do see 1 subscription.
- Trevor_holmesCopper ContributorIf you have set up Azure DevOps billing but are not seeing any information, there are a few possible reasons and troubleshooting steps you can take:
Verify your permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to view billing information in Azure DevOps. Make sure you have the appropriate roles assigned, such as Billing Reader or Owner, at the organization or project level.
Check the billing period: Make sure you are looking at the correct billing period. Azure DevOps provides billing information for specific time periods, so ensure that you are viewing the relevant period that you expect to see data for.
Wait for data processing: It can take some time for billing data to be processed and displayed in Azure DevOps. It's possible that there may be a delay between setting up billing and seeing the information. Wait for some time, typically a few hours Visit or a day, and check again.
Check billing configuration: Double-check your billing configuration in Azure DevOps. Ensure that you have set up the correct billing account and associated it with your organization or project. Make sure the billing account is active and properly linked to Azure DevOps.
Contact Azure support: If you have followed the above steps and still cannot see any billing information, it may be helpful to reach out to Azure support for further assistance. They can help troubleshoot any specific issues with your billing setup.
Remember that Azure DevOps billing information is specific to the services and usage associated with your organization or project. If you have recently set up Azure DevOps or made changes to your billing configuration, it may take some time for the data to appear. - Vinoth_AzureIron ContributorThere are a few reasons why you might not see any information about your Azure DevOps billing after setting it up.
Your organization may not be using a paid Azure subscription. Azure DevOps billing is only available for organizations that are using a paid Azure subscription. If your organization is using a free Azure subscription, you will not be able to see any billing information.
You may not have the correct permissions to view billing information. Only users with the "Billing Administrator" role can view billing information for an organization. If you do not have this role, you will not be able to see any billing information.
There may be a delay in the billing information being updated. It can take a few hours for billing information to be updated after it is changed. If you have recently set up billing for your organization, it may take a few hours for the information to appear.
If you are still not able to see any information about your Azure DevOps billing after checking these things, you can contact Microsoft support for help.
Here are some additional things you can try:
Log out and back into Azure DevOps. This can sometimes clear up any temporary issues that may be preventing you from seeing billing information.
Check your email for any messages from Microsoft about Azure DevOps billing. Sometimes Microsoft will send out emails with information about billing changes.
Recheck the permissions for the "Billing Administrator" role. Make sure that the correct users have been assigned this role.
Wait a few hours and try again. As mentioned above, it can take a few hours for billing information to be updated. - PrabhjotCopper Contributor
