Identity Verification is in progress for more than a week! Can someone please help?!
Hi,
I am trying to register for the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program ahead of an upcoming product release. However, my identity verification has been in progress for over a week.
Could someone from the Microsoft team please assist me with this? I would really appreciate your help getting this resolved.

I would advise submitting a support ticket for more help. It can take up to 10 days for a partner account to be verified. Please be patient and if it passes 10 days submit a ticket here: How to log a Microsoft support ticket without a partner account | Microsoft Community Hub
Thanks for the reply; however, three weeks have passed. I used your link to submit a ticket, but after six days there is still no resolution, and I am losing potential customers due to the lack of support from Microsoft.
