Episode 166 of Microsoft Cloud and Hosting Partners starts in two hours

Hi, just to let you know the next episode of the Microsoft Cloud and Hosting Partner online meetings will start at 12:30 Sydney time today.  Todays session is one I'm really looking forward to as the focus is "Dynamics Contact Center" to be presented by Josh Burgess.  To me Dynamics Contact Center embodies so much of the Microsoft story ... Modern Work, Teams, Dynamics, Azure, Agents and 3rd party technologies too.  And moreover offers an incredible opportunity for Microsoft Partners to help customers with Customer Service with omni-channel capabilities linked to current Customer systems and accelerated with Copilot AI.
