Our sellers use Zoom, can Viva Insights still be a solution for us?
Hello, we are a large retailer and very intrigued by the value Viva Insights can bring. However we have a portion of our sellers using Zoom instead of Microsoft Teams. Can we still use Viva Insights and how reliable will the results be?
Even if part of your employee population relies on Zoom, you can still get value out of Viva Insights. It is good to know that all Zoom calls that are scheduled on the Outlook calendar will be captured as part of the Viva Insights signal. Only when Zoom is used for ad-hoc/ unscheduled calls will we not be able to pick up on it. However, if your use case requires that level of depth we also offer a Viva Insights Zoom integration solution which allows you to bring in Zoom signal.
