Our sellers use Zoom, can Viva Insights still be a solution for us?
Even if part of your employee population relies on Zoom, you can still get value out of Viva Insights. It is good to know that all Zoom calls that are scheduled on the Outlook calendar will be captured as part of the Viva Insights signal. Only when Zoom is used for ad-hoc/ unscheduled calls will we not be able to pick up on it. However, if your use case requires that level of depth we also offer a Viva Insights Zoom integration solution which allows you to bring in Zoom signal. This would require the support of a business analyst/ data scientist. Providing the link to the documentation.
