Measuring meetings as attended
Hi All, If an individual schedules a meeting in Teams with a colleague, they both accept, but then they meet physically and dont join the meeting is this still considered as attended in the Viva Insights dashboard reports?

Here is the definition of attended for meetings in Viva Insights.
Attended A person attended a meeting if they either accepted the meeting and their meeting shows as “Busy” in Outlook, joined on Teams, or were the organizer. What this means in your case, is that the people who are doing an in-person meeting need to:
1. accept the meeting
2. change their status on Outlook to busy
