Issue in Ways of Working Tracker PBI template
Hello community,
I'm running into an issue when running Ways of Working Tracker PowerBI template, does anyone has come across an easy fix or explanation?
In the meeting culture scorecard, it´s missing the circle in some of the lines. I´m wondering if it happens every time that the variation is above 100%. Can someone advise on that?

Yes, this is related to the fact that the value is above 100% - if you look at the conditional formatting for the value you will see that a value greater than 0.05 (ie. 5%) and less than or equal to 1 (ie. 100%) obtains a red icon.
A quick fix is to change the conditional formatting formula to be less than or equal to a larger number (for eg. 3 which is 300%)...
This will then accommodate for values that are above 100%:

Hi Joyce. I also use that template but haven't got any situation with >100% variance so looks fine for me
