Issue in Ways of Working Tracker PBI template

Hi VI_Migration! Hope you are well.
Yes, this is related to the fact that the value is above 100% - if you look at the conditional formatting for the value you will see that a value greater than 0.05 (ie. 5%) and less than or equal to 1 (ie. 100%) obtains a red icon.
A quick fix is to change the conditional formatting formula to be less than or equal to a larger number (for eg. 3 which is 300%)...
This will then accommodate for values that are above 100%:
