Take over admin
Hello, does anyone have any ideas? The admin is no longer with the company and was the only Global Administrator. The password is not known. Now, no one has access to the admin portal. Access to external DNS management is possible. Shadow takeover was not possible. Do you have any ideas? Microsoft Support Hotline was not able to help me.

- Is your tenant connected with any billing partner or distributor? You can get their help to reset the admin password through partner admin Center.
- Work with support, they have procedures in place for such scenarios. If the support agent is giving you crap, ask for escalation, or at least to speak with someone that has a clue.
