SSL certificate failed one or more certificate validation checks after renewing

Exchange 2016 hybrid. No mailboxes on prem.  Had to renew Go Daddy SSL cert. Installed fine, Looks fine, but when I run SSL Checker or connectivity analyzer for SSL it says it can connect to port 443 and IP validates but its unable to determine which SSL and TLS protocols are enabled.
