Not receiving emails from external senders.

Hi

I have a Microsoft 365 Business Basic account. I have a domain purchased externally which I have configured on MS account. We are able to send emails to external senders but not receiving emails from external senders.

What did we miss.

    1.check the MX record is added in public DNS.
    2.if public DNS is added, then do the Mail trace in your Exchange Admin, Direct link https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/messagetrace
