Migrating Office 365 A1 for faculty to A3 faculty license

Dear Members

 

I would like to migrate one of the  Office 365 A1 for faculty account to A3 Faculty license account but I wasn't sure if I migrate existing mails will be moved to new A3 license mailbox..? The reason why I am doing this because the mailbox size is almost full.

 

Any help much appreciated.

    You no need to worry about your mailbox.  You just need to buy A3 License and assign it to your account.  All you emails will remain on your mailbox.

     

    Just go ahead and enjoy the service.

    Hi Faisal27285,

     

    You only need to switch the the license on one step, and you have migrated the user from A1 to A3.
