IMAP email migration
I'm in the middle of migrating mailboxes from an IMAP server to 365. On the IMAP end, I have a user who has 2 email accounts with 2 (large) mailboxes and wants them merged into one Exchange user ...
Just a thought, have you tried dividing the migration batch into 2?
For example, creating a migration batch for IMAP account #1 into the O365 user. Then, after this completes, deleting the migration batch for IMAP account #1 and creating a new one for IMAP account #2 to migrate data into the O365 user.

gpalma Now that's a good idea ! Too late now (I manually exported the second one to PST and imported) but I suspect your idea would have worked.... 
- Hey, but you know to try in the future! Manual migrations aren't too bad if you're dealing with just one user mailbox.
