Hello All,   Need clarification on Exchange Online Archive(EOA) license does it include Litigation Hold, Inplace hold. Also what will happen if I apply EOA license on E1 Mailbox. E1: inluding 50 ...

No it does not, for that you need Exchange Online Plan 2 or equivalent.
