Syntax example for Browse Form especially the where statement

I am new to Access. I have an unbound Menu Form with buttons that open other forms that have tables. I want to use the browse form cmd but cannot get the where statement to work. It involves looking for a record that contains todays date. i.e. [DateHappeningMon] = 14/4/2021.
