SQL Query editing UI issue
Hi everyone.
For a couple of weeks now, my Access hasn't let me edit queries within the SQL option.
Version: Access 2604 (Build 19929.20090)
Basically, when I access the SQL View, I see the SQL code but can't select it or move the cursor to easily edit the text.
It's difficult to explain, but I hope the following video helps:

I've already tried restoring and resetting the installation, but to no avail.
I hope you can help.
Bets Regards,
Emiliano

Hi Karl,
Thanks for your help! This allowed me to work, but I lost the ability to see the color code. I tried re-enabling the checkbox, but the problem persists.
I removed the permissions for the video, and you should be able to view it now:

Thanks.

Unfortunately, it didn't work. It seems that the settings you indicated affect the Design window, not the SQL Query View window.
Unfortunately, this problem makes Access unusable.
Hi,
I can't get to your video - google is letting me ask for permission etc. However, I suppose that you have a problem with the (relatively) new Monaco SQL editor (the one with colors etc.)? If that's the case, you could try to turn in off in File - Options - Current Database.

Have you tried to alter some settings, like the Font and size (In Access Options, Object Designers tab)? Maybe this will restore functionality.
