TommieA .accdb means it's not compiled but you got the source.
For start try to open it by holding Shift to Bypass Initial Code..

That's what I thought .accdb meant, still can't make changes to table properties also can't link/unlink tables.

Yes, it is a .accdb file. I can get into VBE and edit the VBE, what I can't do is change the table properties & layouts.
I get an error that says I need to make changes in the source database.
