Saving Export steps

I go through the steps to export an access table to a HTML document.  When I get to the point to save export steps and click the box, I don't get the File Name box or the Description box.   The only change is the Save Export button on the bottom shows up.  What am I doing wrong?

    if you will browse to your Documents folder, you will see that the .html file was created.
    The Specification is not saved in external file but rather saved internally in the db (see External Data tab->Saved Exports).

      I found the internal files. What I'm having problems with is the Save Steps process itself. After I click the Save steps box, I don't get the screen that allows me to enter the name that I want to save it as. All I get is Save Export at the very bottom.
