Resolving the security issues in December 2021 Security Patch

Microsoft released KB5002099 to address security issues, but this patch has a defect that breaks shared databases.  Microsoft released a patch KB4484211, but has not packaged it so that this patch may be deployed with WSUS. 

 

When will someone address this shortcoming and release the package to Windows Catalog so that WSUS admins can manually import to patch our systems so they are not only patched, but continue to work for their intended purpose?

    Looks like KB5002115 was pushed out this month and includes the fix...wish someone would update their documentation. I only found it by sifting through every patch on WSUS.
