Regression in v2606: continuous forms redraw/flicker on main form
As soon as I installed Version 2606 (Build 16.0.20131.20012), all of my continuous subforms on parent forms began constantly redrawing and flickering, making the application almost unusable.
Reverting to Version 2605 (Build 16.0.20026.20140) immediately resolved the issue without any changes to the database. I have since disabled automatic updates and am remaining on Version 2605 until this issue is addressed.
Has anyone else experienced this problem with Version 2606? Is this a known bug, or has Microsoft acknowledged the regression?

A heads up for people who are on Current Channel Preview and have this problem:
You should now be able to use File - Account - Update Options - Update Now to pull Current Channel Preview version 2606 build 16.0.20131.20050 that contains a fix for this bug.
When you do that, please let us know, if the problem is solved for you.

KarlYes, I was on the Office Insider channel which is how I got build v2606. I have since opted out of the Insider channel.
Hi,
As you will know, version 2606 (Build 16.0.20131.20012) is in the Current Channel Preview, i.e. a test channel.
The Access team at Microsoft is aware of the problem and will fix it before version 2606 will arrive in the Current Channel for production use.

Yours is the 1st report I've seen, although there is a report of overall slowness on another forum, potentially related to the same v2606 update.
Will keep you informed as we develop a clearer picture.
