Have you tried manually repositioning it?

The sheet takes up the whole screen, (but the left part is missing), and I can't find a way to manipulate it, either in full screen or reduced mode, I am forced to close it to go back to the form being edited
Hi,
If nothing else helps you can try to reset the commandbars in the registry which should also reset the property window to its default position. To do this, you close Access and open regedit.exe, search for the folder
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Access\Settings\CommandBars
and rename it to "~CommandBars" to have a backup.
Then reopen Access, which should create a new CommandBars folder in the registry. If it worked, you can delete the old folder.
