To be honest, I hadn't noticed that SM thingee until you called it out. I don't quite get the reason for it. Does anyone actually share their posts here on Social Media platforms?
Yet, it's not a big deal, IMO. The site design emphasizes a lot of white space, so it's not really competing with valid content for attention.
