Microsoft opened the components of Access Runtime 2016 or later versions so that we could use a diff

 Is there another recommended ACE engine other than Access Runtime 2013 64bit that is compatible with SAS 9.4 64bit and O365 C2R (Office 2016) 64bit? There have been issues with embedded ACE components which made other versions of ACE engines not compatible with O365 C2R Office 2016 with SAS 9.4. Are you aware if Microsoft opened the components of Access Runtime 2016 or later versions so that we could use a different ACE engine?
