Microsoft Access printing

I was trying to print off of my company made Microsoft access database onto a USB plugged in printer and every time I go to print the database acts like it is printing something off, and even shows a pop-up screen saying it is printing of 1 of 1 label and then ends up printing off nothing. I'm unsure if it is something to do with the coding of the database connecting to the printers or what the deal is. Please let me know if anyone has any knowledge of this topic.

Thanks

Have you verified that the printer is actually receiving print jobs from the Windows OS? Have you tried printing from Word, for example? Can you verify, in other words, that the problem is not with the printer?

George_Hepworth yes I did verify that the printer wasn't the issue by running test print pages and I also printed from an Excel spreadsheet as well so I don't think the printer is the issue.

        Buchert1 Thanks for verifying that.

All reports are defined to go to a default printer, or, if you prefer you can designate a specific printer for a report.

So, the next thing to check is that the label report is actually set up to use that printer, either as the default printer, or as a specific printer for it.
