Macro's have failed again for Access Database

Good afternoon, 

Our shared Access Database for our office has stopped being able to use Macro's again. This happened a couple of months ago and we were able to get it working again. We went through the same steps as last time. IE: Making sure it is a trusted file, enabling all macro's, making sure nothing is in quick access bar that shouldn't be there. The latter was what fixed our issue last time. We have also made sure our servers have the proper licensing. We need to be able to figure this out as there isn't anything we can really do until it is fixed.
