Issue with printing envelope fonts +heading

Greetings. I have been trying to deal with my brand new laptop that I just started running yesterday. Every time I try to print an envelope it is stuck in the+ Heading font. I have had IT assist me and they are unable to figure out what is causing it. I have reset my computer as well and it’s still giving me the same problem. I tried to set the default to any other font but it just prints the same unreadable font. This is an extremely important task that I must be able to do for my business. Please help I am out of ideas!

    Hm. This sounds a lot like a Word problem. Are you using Word for this task? Or Access? 

    If it's Access, we'll need to get a wee bit more information to effectively think about possible reasons for it.

     

    If it is Word, you might want to search out a forum dedicated to the Word application.

        In that case, you will definitely get better results from a Word support forum. Access --the subject of this forum--is the application used to create relational database applications, and, although we can and do create reports in Access, the tools and techniques are sufficiently different to require the more targeted support you'll get from the participants in a Word application forum.
