Issue with printing envelope fonts +heading

Hm. This sounds a lot like a Word problem. Are you using Word for this task? Or Access?
If it's Access, we'll need to get a wee bit more information to effectively think about possible reasons for it.
If it is Word, you might want to search out a forum dedicated to the Word application.

Access --the subject of this forum--is the application used to create relational database applications, and, although we can and do create reports in Access, the tools and techniques are sufficiently different to require the more targeted support you'll get from the participants in a Word application forum.
