Instructions not working in access
I have Access Microsoft 365 and when i make an enquiry, it does not respond with an answer from my database. I have checked for updates and done a quick repair on the application

What does it mean to say "... it does not respond with an answer..."?
HOW did you go about making an enquiry? Are you talking about a query that you wrote? If so, we need to see that query. More specifically, we need to see the SQL from that query, not just a screenshot of the results.
The more details you provide, the more likely it is that someone can offer useful suggestions.
