Importação de Dados do Excel para o Access

Good Morning,
Thanks in advance for accepting me in this community.
I created a Database in Access to collect data.
Then some of this data is exported to Excel for processing (application of some calculation functions).
I intended to import the results of those processing into Access.
However, my Access is not updating the information.
To export I have to perform the export, but there is no option to perform the import.
Can you help me?
