Is this a ID Badge a report? If so, you have extensive control over font size and font color for individual controls on it.
Open the report in design view. Select one of the text boxes you want to modify. Select the "Format" tab on the ribbon, look for fonts, font size and font color. Change them as desired. Test and adjust as needed.
