Establish database connection between Visual Studio and Access

I cannot establish a database connection between Visual Studio Community 2019 and Access.

I get an error:

The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.

I am using WIndows 10 and Visual Studio Community 2019 and Access as part of Office 365.

    In Microsoft Visual Studio, open a Telerik Report. ...
    Choose your Data Connection dialog box appears.
    Click New Connection. ...
    In the Add Connection dialog box, click Change, in the Change Data Source dialog box, click Microsoft Access Database File, and then click OK.

    Maybe you need to install the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable on the local machine. You can download it at: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=54920
